She is first and foremost a MOM.   Her kids’ mom,  Step kid’s mom, The go to mom,  The advice mom,  Twitter mom,  Lupus mom, Facebook mom,  Blogger mom,   Hubby’s mom,  Nurse mom,  Doctor mom,  Marketing mom,  Writer mom,  Foster mom,  A  Friend’s mom,  Neighbor’s mom, and a  Home-School mom,    Thus the well earned  nickname, ……..  Mama Capps.

She is a Motivational Speaker and Trainer, a Life-Coach with Health-Care and Business background.  A Home-school Advocate, and a  Systemic Lupus and Brain Tumor Survivor.

MamaCapps “Finding Humor in Life Is True Living” A practical and witty mom with four grown children and a late in life little angel. I am reinventing myself in every stage of life.  I made all the mistakes and all the right moves. I do what I do all with Systemic Lupus and just recently, Brain Tumor surgery.  My motto is the “Four L’s”. ( just Live your Life and Laugh a Lot!). I find humor in everything I can and counsel other’s to overcome  adversity  and reinvent their lives into what brings joy. The saddest thing I can think of, is to get to the end of life and then regret that you never really lived.
