Wow, Debbie as usual your writing tells a heart felt story. This reminds me of a great Lifetime movie line. Our past struggles with childhood hopes and dreams form our strength and appreciatiion for how we choose to live our lives today. Glad to know that you found *your Santa*..and our faith.

What a beautiful, inspiring story! I, too, have memories of Christmases in past years as a child that were tough but were also blessed because of friends or family (or even strangers) that helped to make our day special. Being the oldest of three girls, just as you did, I too prayed for those things for my two younger sisters and my mother. Your story was so similar to feelings and events I had during my childhood. And yes, I believe in Santa Claus because I believe in Jesus! I would love to hear your song too!
